Job offer - Junior Accountant - NYC or Washington DC

About the position:

Responsibilities:

• Year-end, quarterly and monthly closings
• Reconciling bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Managing financial and accounting software
• Preparation of income tax returns with a focus on international compliance

Qualifications:

• Four years, bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Experience with accounting software and data entry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• MS Office experience including advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in a professional and flexible manner
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills

Location:

• Hybrid remote work policy with the ability to work from our New York or Washington DC office
